Currently, employees work 4/10 schedule working Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm. Occasionally, overtime may be required. Work shifts can be altered to accommodate specific projects. After a probationary period employees receive:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and 401k plan. Employees receive Paid Time Off and Peak currently observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
